Processing Time

All orders are currently preorders. Preorder items typically take about 2 weeks to arrive at our facility, and we then ship them out to customers within about 1 additional week using USPS Ground. In total, please allow roughly 3 to 4 weeks from the time you order until your item ships.

Shipping Time

We ship all orders via USPS Ground. Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days within the U.S. International shipping times vary by destination.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Order Tracking

You will receive tracking information by email once your order actually ships out to you. Since items are preorders, tracking is not available until after the preorder window has passed.
