Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including incorrect size selection.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us at zator.fit@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will review it individually.

 

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled or modified before they have shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
